Keith Spicer is a well-known communication expert and designer of academic and training courses in the field of communication strategies. Before he became the director of the Institute for Media, Peace and Security at the University for PEACE in Paris, Keith Spicer has taught at six universities in Canada and the U.S. and worked as a senior government official.
Presentation by Sieglinde Gruber DG Research
A European researchers network associating 52 research institutions in 20 countries is a good opportunity to favour human mobility between the different teams and to offer positions for early stage researchers. Implementing the Charter and Code for the recruitment of researchers should strengthen these opportunities. Main gains will be outlined and discussed in this session.
