NeuroPrion strives for a closer cooperation with patients organisations.

Turino, Italy, 27 September 2006

Florence Kranitz, the president of the american CJD Foundation was invited to give a welcome address during the opening ceremony of the Prion2006 conference.

The organisers have also invited representatives of CJD family groups from European countries. It will be the opportunity for them to exchange information and join their forces to constitute a European Family Association as a subgroup of the newly initiated international CJD-Foundation.
