1st mad cow case reported in West Austria

VIENNA, June 7 (Xinhua) -- Health authorities confirmed a case of mad cow disease in the west Austrian province of Tirol after a 13-year-old cow tested positive for Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE), Austrian media reported here on Wednesday.
